Yes. We use long-pulsed and triple-wavelength diode lasers with contact cooling, calibrated for Fitzpatrick type IV and V skin. That keeps the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation very low compared with older, uncalibrated equipment.
Lunchtime peels and Q-switch facials have no downtime — sunscreen and a moisturiser and you can go back to work. Fractional resurfacing needs two to three days of mild redness.
